This unusually shaped garden was designed to accommodate the new kitchen extension. The owners wanted a garden where they could relax and enjoy the planting at any time of the day. The existing hard landscaping was softened with oak sleeper raised beds and artificial turf. The lighting scheme makes the garden attractive and usable in the evenings. Uplighter were used to highlight the planting, whilst lights into the sleepers illuminate the steps natural slate paving. Plants were chosen to give height and interest throughout the year.
